Mr. Sun is an economist, international compliance expert and training expert of FAO. He is also a senior consultant of global strategy for enterprises. He is Invited Professor of Tianjin Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Guest Professor of National CIMS Engineering Research Center in Innovation Management and Informatization of Tsinghua University, the columnist for World Forum of World Daily (U.S.), and a professional judge of International Investment and Trade Committee of Beijing Bar Association. His research specializes in fields of U.S. Export Administration Regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FIDIC clauses, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) models of international projects and Common Reporting Standards, etc. His major contributions include putting forward a reform proposal for the overseas investment review system of Chinese enterprises, facilitating transformation from the preliminary review to post-recording of main polices, proposing the establishment of a Chinese citizen bank deposit insurance system and putting an end to Chinese citizens’  uninsured deposits domestically.
